Team—
I know you all just wrapped up your meeting - I hope you’re as excited as I am with the recent updates. Previously I shared you all a update, I expressed the following: “I am confident in this crew. You all are some of the most motivated and talented creators we have had the chance to partner with - and we’re excited for that partnership to persist.”
Through your commitment and adaptability, particularly over the last year, you continue to prove that.
The player input from last fall’s the game testing phase was enlightening. It affirmed the promise of a roguelike shooter but told us we still had improvements to make. It revealed the necessity for a more distinct identity.
The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve come. You took the criticism to heart and revamped the title with a revitalized vision - one that’s positioned to deliver on its promise to our fans.
The trust in this project grows every day. To advance the outstanding advancement you’ve made, I’m excited to welcome the new hire as the latest Lead of 31st Union. After some time of conversations, Ben officially joins us on the specified date.
His leadership and experience in the PVP shooter space is considerable, having dedicated the past decade and a half developing and leading some of the most well-known franchises in gaming, including Call of Duty: Black Ops, and lately, the battle royale hit.
Please join me in receiving him next week. We are all looking forward to persist witnessing the development of Project ETHOS in the months to ahead.
David
