It's difficult for the Australian squad to set fresh records.

The greatest achievements have long been mastered.

This is the team that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, along with an additional six T20 titles, and earlier maintained nearly four years undefeated in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, the ones sought by the achievement hunters, are what's still available for a side that has won it all.

The fact it required as late as Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase over 300, regaining their record for the biggest in the female 50-over format, is, in truth, a tribute to the bowlers that have sported the yellow jersey over five decades.

"If you've observed me in training, it was a frustrating experience because it appeared I lacked timing completely," said Healy.

"To chase 330 is uncharted waters so I'm pleased we have the assurance to do that now," stated Healy further.

"Hopefully we don't have to repeat it but, if necessary, we believe we can succeed."

That comment will be the final thing rival teams at this World Cup should hear.

In recent days a feeling they will succeed regardless of circumstances has grown stronger - this victory succeeding win against Pakistan by 107 run margin despite sitting at 76-7 at one point.

Subsequently Australia meet Bangladesh before an encounter with longtime competitors England in Indore in ten days, by which point a semi-final berth may likely be confirmed.
